Connectors
The apps and data Magik Buttons work with. Connect an app once and every Button in your workspace can use it — and each one says exactly what it can do. Most only read.
Apps you connect
You sign in on the app's own screen or paste a key — Local Magik never sees your password.
Gmail
Send emails from a mailbox you connect.
Google Sheets
Sync audience lists from a spreadsheet, and export run results as new sheets.
Google Docs
Export run output as a new formatted Google Doc, and read a Doc as input.
QuickBooks
Read invoices and customers from QuickBooks Online.
Caterease
Read your Caterease events, accounts, contacts, bookings, financials, payments, and website inquiries.
Square
Read your Square locations and sales (payments) — revenue by location and month.
Apollo
Look up who a prospect is — title, company, industry, company size, LinkedIn — from Apollo.io (each match uses one Apollo credit).
Calendars & RSS feeds
Read any calendar shared as an iCal link (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple, any .ics or webcal:// address) or any RSS, Atom or XML feed — no account or key.
Magik Feeds — no setup
Ready-made data Local Magik keeps for every workspace. Any Button can read it: nothing to connect, no link to find. What are Magik Feeds?
US holidays
Federal holidays (with the observed date when one lands on a weekend), observances like Easter, Mother’s Day and Halloween, and the retail moments — Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, Super Bowl Sunday. Computed for any year.
Weather forecast
Up to 7 days of local forecast — conditions, high/low °F, precipitation chance, wind — for a town or ZIP code. No account or key.
Connectors, in plain terms
What apps does Local Magik connect to?
Today: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, QuickBooks, Caterease, Square, Apollo and Calendars & RSS feeds — plus the Magik Feeds Local Magik provides itself (US holidays and Weather forecast), with nothing to connect. This list updates automatically as new connectors ship.
Can Local Magik change data in my apps?
Only where a connector says so. QuickBooks, Caterease, Square, Apollo and Calendars & RSS feeds are read-only — Local Magik can’t change anything there. Gmail can only send, and every send waits for your approval. Google Sheets and Google Docs can write, and only after someone approves that run’s work.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Yes. You sign in on the app’s own screen, so Local Magik never sees your password. API keys are checked when you paste them and stored encrypted. You can disconnect any app anytime from Settings → Connections.
What if an app I use isn’t listed?
Ask. Custom integrations are part of the Dedicated Builder plan, and new connectors appear here as they ship. Many apps can also share a calendar link, an RSS feed or a spreadsheet, which Local Magik reads today.
