What is the Local Magik Gmail connector?
The Gmail connector lets Magik Buttons — one-press workflows from Local Magik — work with Gmail. Local Magik sends your emails from a mailbox you connect — so outreach and follow-ups go out under your own address, not a no-reply. Local Magik can only send through Gmail, and every send waits for your approval. You connect it once in Local Magik (Settings → Connections), and every Button in your workspace can use it.

- Send a personal follow-up to every new inquiry — drafted for each contact, approved by you, sent from your address
- Send the newsletter you approved from your own mailbox instead of a no-reply
- Thank everyone on a list after an event, each note written for that person
How to connect Gmail
In Local Magik, open Settings → Connections and press Connect next to Gmail. Then:

What Local Magik can see in Gmail
We send email through the Google account you authorize (send-only). We don’t read your inbox.

Can Local Magik read my email?
No. Gmail is connected with Google's send-only permission, so Local Magik can send from your mailbox but can't open, read or search it.
Will it send an email without me?
Never. Every Gmail send waits at an approval step — you read the drafts, skip anything you don't like, and only what you approve goes out.
